Some Strange Problem with my PC

Hello,
Recently i am experiencing problem my pc, every time i power on my pc, sometimes CMOS get rest automatically, sometimes i need to clear CMOS to make PC Boot (otherwise everything will work fine and only black screen). I have changed many CMOS batteries, they will work fine for around for 3-4 month, then again problem starts

I am Using ECS 945GCT-M2 Motherboard.

A help in this will be really appreciated

Please suggest me Cheap and good motherboard for Dual Core Processor (and should support higher) with PCI Express Slot

i'll suggest get this motherboard: Gigabyte GA-G41M-ES2L. should cost 2.6-2.8k. & by far is one of best selling Intel onboard graphics mobo. get it.
