1.I dont plan to put this into practical just for knowledge.
suppose i use a broadband connection(Say BSNL) of somebody else with the same equipment(ofcourse) then is there any chance that one may know that "this this" has used xyz's connection from "this time to this" from "this" computer

2.Is there a machine number of every computer which is most probably sent to the ISP who can recognise tht this machine number belongs to this person(matches with IP)

3.Can anyone (say BSNL) know what sites have i been surfing

every NIC has a unique MAC address which is of 42 bit format and every system in this world has a unique MAC address... and if possible they can trace u back. if u bring to much of lose like creating a very strong virus... and its attacking other system at a faster pace.... then u will be under trouble. :D

i am just telling that every person having comp can be traced. i dint exactly answer to ur question though :)

got it goes like this
Type in ipconfig/all in the Command Prompt Windows.
The 12-digit Physical Address is the same as MAC address
