Software for winxp to do load balncing betwn multple proxies

I am looking for a software for winxp which can do load balancing between two or more proxy servers. I don't need much bells and whistles.. just need to distribute data request among two or more proxy connections. I once heard that ther is small free utitlity for same. !
.

btw.. checking MULTIPROXY .. may be that can do but I don't think it will be efficient.
