Once I tried to do the same but as usual like 90% of cases it didn't worked. It was a Web Development and Designing Company

Though I know the reasons..
1. I'm into Programming so there was really shortage of Designers. We couldn't afford high paid designers and freshers didn't knew about Web Designing.

2. As I was also fresher, there was lack of guidance. Couldn't survive much with only my fresher knowledge.

3. Time. This was my main problem. As I do job, couldn't make time for all the things. And after few days I lost interest of doing everything on my own after coming back from office.

Anyway, wish you best of luck

All I would like to say is that, every company, and I mean Every damn company have started from a single room, or from within a dark dorm room and every idea was first conceived in someone's small mind! Only nutritions that are required to reap the idea are Passion, Hardwork and Dedication.

Thaks pal sry that it didn't work out but to me too its been a huge learning curve mostly on the job and could have never been able to do without my mates,time constraint is the prob like i do very much like the aesthetics at same time coding too so i need to balance but for the time being m a little more inclined towards design and thanks once again
