The smallest monitor available AFAIK is a 16" monitor. Get the AOC 16" monitor available for 4000.
my primary monitor is fhd 23 inch.....the problem is theres is no sufficient place for that big secondary monitor....

A second monitor is a good option for you'r problem (and better than a cheap tab), but 12" monitor is just not available afaik. You can easily get a 15" monitor for 4k which more than you need for you'r father to type letters or for any other purpose.
