Slipstream win 8.1 update in win 8 set up

Is it possible? I have a win 8 dvd and a genuine win 8 key. The win 8.1 update size is about 3.63gb. I don't want to download this size update every time I format my pc. I thought of downloading the iso of win 8.1, but microsoft clearly states that win 8 key can't be used to install win 8.1 from it's iso. Is there any way around this?

Ok. The double setup trick seems to be working fine. But still, is there any way I can slipstream win 8.1 from a computer that is running 8.1?? I hate to say it but I'm running low on data on my mblaze. Downloading a 2.5 gb iso is a big deal for me right now.I don't have broadband.
