Personally I love Z3. But I made a vow to never suggest anyone due to the overheating and self cracking issue unless sony fix it. And along that Z4 show up is still not clear but since the major events are almost over I am betting for a IFA launch. And for similar specs one plus one is better any day. Nearly same specs just left the camera res out.

What makes you say the overheating leads to cracking? Do you have any evidences other than random rare forum posts?

I never said one thing lead to another. I said these are two different issues, And for research purpose just do a simple google search on this topic. This is a big issue with Sony for many generations now.

I just Used Google.The overheating problem occurs when shooting 4K Videos which is normal for all phones samsung,lg

There might be a price drop after a month

I have a Nexus 4, which has 2.5 years old hardware. It had flagship level CPU+GPU at that time. When I bought it 2 years ago, Snapdragon 600 was at the top. Even now I would say that each and every game runs in my phone smoothly.

I tried playing Asphalt 8 at high graphics setting, it works smoothly with some minor lags sometimes(rarely noticable)

So my guess is for next 2 years, Snapdragon 801 is good enough.........
My N4's S4 Pro is still better than Snapdragon 410, maybe equivalent to S615

I'm myself planning to upgrade to Z3 Compact this summer

Nope SD615 is superior because of 64-bit architecture, ARMv8 instruction set and LPDDR3 800 MHz ram support (compared to 533 MHz LPDDR2 in S4 pro)

Adreno 320 supports maximum 1080p resolution while Adreno 405 supports 2560x1600.

Gaming performance is comparable. I played Nova 3 without any lags or stuttering on both 320 and 405.

Same problems were posted in internet for Nexus 4 also

When I play Clash of clans with my data pack, my phone gets really hot..... But still no throttling or cracks due to it

There is definately self cracking issue, but its rare. Those who get it does post it in forums, but there are many others who don't have it
My uncle has Xperia Z, which is 1.5 years old, still no cracks. One of my friend has Z1, his phone is also working fine.

I would say, if you want to buy it, get it. Its a good phone for 35k

Good, so Yureka can be considered a better phone than N4 is all respects, except size ........ Planning to get it for my dad & Z3 Compact for myself :p

I speak from a real life experience. My cousin has Z2 got self cracked in front of me.

Top end 4K cameras using is movie shooting have water cooling. Thats to cool down the sensor. Because of very very high rate of data transfer from the sensor for high quality 4K.

4K on phones are just pure gimmick. Where the hell would someone watch that 4K vid? The market penetration for 4K displays is very low.

But still there is certainly some increase when compared to last year in terms of 4k
