well upscale means re-sizing video to higher resolution. many lcd-dvd-blue ray player has this option.. to upscale DVD(720x480) or any other low resolution video to HD, Video quality will be little better then original DVD video but no where near comparing to actual HD videos

^basically who don't know or haven't seen BluRay videos can't make a difference in upscaled video...

they will think upscaled is the top quality.

@ajayritik: once u see the full HD video. u won't like upscaled
