I just installed Mandrake soft 9.2, but eventually it did not start,so I deleted the logical drive & reformatted it.Everything's fine like before but the startup screen shows 4 boot options viz linux, windows, floopy, failsafe.
How do I get rid of this startup screen & windows will boot normally again?

Method 1.) Boot using XP Setup CD and in Recovery Console give following command:

fixmbr

Method 2.) Boot using 98 CD and give following command:

fdisk /mbr

Guys!
The boot loader, he is talking about is the Mandrake one not the Windows loader!
Did u read the loader entries? these r: linux, windows, floopy, failsafe, which r present in Linux loaders not in windows loader. :D

LILO boot loader of Mandriva Linux is installed in MBR. So you get the LILO Boot
options - Linux, Windows, failsafe, floppy.
@Vishal Gupta has already provided you the solution. That will fix your problem.
