my mistake.i confused it with older ST series.this is new dell S series & i didn't expected it to be available here so soon.anyway Dell Ultrasharp series is still the best but costly too & this new S series is in between budget ST series(TN panel) & Ultrasharp series in terms of quality.if you can get this monitor at good price then take it.
from where are you getting U2311H for 11.5k?if the difference is ~2-3k & you have the budget get U2311 else other one.

Dropping AMD as power requirement is more :S . going for i3 3220.
for Mobo I dont think I have much choice .. need HDMI and/or DVI(for backup) and 5.1 Audio .. if I cant find a proper one then I will go for another DH67BL .. the same model which is in my PC
