I really don't know what else to do rather than call call call but to no avail! I'm on UN51 service plan of sify and what happens under this plan is that my speed is suppose to change to 512 starting from 10 in the night to 8 in the morning, so i just don't f-in understand why that isn't so for the past 3 nights. I've called the customer care over and over again and i wonder if they even understand my problem which i did tell them in detail. My complain number is 7782714 and i post this since i need some advice on what i should do next. I'm getting really frustrated darn the scarcity of ISP out here!
