you get a 560ti that beats the 6870 in almost the same price then why not buy it?and you can overclock it to get more performance boost

No point buying a 560Ti at 14800 when you can get a 6950 2GB for 16100, which is just 1300 bucks more and far more future proof, at least relatively.

You need to see the places you can reduce your rig:

Also, this RAM costs Rs.3000 at SMC International:
G-SKILL[ Trident ] PC3-12800 / DDR3 1600 Mhz/cl-8-8-8-24 (2Gx2)

This RAM costs 2650 at SMC International
Gskill [Ripjaws] DDR3-1600 (PC3 12800) 4gb kit

1. CPU, The lowest you can go is Core i5 2300 beyond which you would need to shift to AMD. And the difference in future apps after OCing btw the 2300-2500 and 2500k will be at least 20-40% (post OC). So not recommended.

2. MOBO, you can go for a H67 series but that hinders your OC and you loose the benefit the k series could have got. But again, a 2300/2400 + H67 series motherboard can be had for around 15-17k saving nearly 7-8k, although not recommended at all, but still better than AMD at the same price point.

3. You need to go for the 3k RAM, no other option.

4. You need to buy a 1TB disk.

5. PSU the best you can do is get a Corsair TX650(old series) or HX620 or Seasonic 600 watts or CM RP600 watts and these would still cost around 5k. However, for 2k more you are far more future proof and at mental peace.

6. Monitor, you can choose. But no point unless you buy a 21.5" monitor else your system would be somewhat waste.

7. Mouse, keyboard are one time things and I guess you will spend decently either now or later once you regret your decision :p

8. Speakers you can choose.

9. Cabinet you can choose, but even a generic good cabinet will cost 2k but may produce ventilation/temperature issues.

10. You can go for a single DVD RW but saving just 1000 bucks isn't recommended here and won't do you much good either. You will end up buying one later when one goes for RMA. :)

11. The graphic card you can choose but the graphic card is directly propotional to your performance. The moment you choose a 6870 over a 6950 you lose 30-50% of your performance straight. So for a few grands you lose half the purpose of creating your PC.

IMO

Core i5 2500 10400 (Core i5 2500k STRONGLY RECOMMENDED 11650)
Gigabyte GA-H67M-D2-B3 (rev. 1.1) Socket 1155 Rs.5500
G-SKILL[ Trident ] PC3-12800 / DDR3 1600 Mhz/cl-8-8-8-24 (2Gx2) Rs.3000
Seagate 1 TB SATA Desktop 3.5" Internal HDD (1000 GB) Rs.2600
Seasonic 600+ watts Rs.4500+-
Cooler Master Elite 430 with Side Window Rs.2675
DVD RW Rs.1000 approx
Radeon 6950 2GB 16100 | 6950 1GB 14500 | 6870 1GB 12000
Samsung/Dell 21.5" 8250 approx
Razer Deatheradder Rs.2200+
Microsoft Keyboard Within 800 bucks

TOTAL <60k even if you choose the 6950 2GB
