Please advice cuz it's confusing, Right now Infuse looks the best but single core! If I order unlocked infuse will it work here?

If you buy Infuse you won't get warranty so I think it is one of the major concern and that is the reason I suggest you to stay away from it and also it might not get ICS update(though not sure about it).
Xperia U has only 4GB memory available which is very less according to me for all apps,games,pics,music etc.
Samsung SL has been discontinued a long time back.
Huawei should not be preferred as there are much better options than that.
Droid 3 is also a very old model.You can get much better phones than that.
Desire S, Neo V and One V are very good phones but it is for people with a budget of around 16k.
I suggest you to have a look at HTC Sensation, you can get it for 22k(may be for less with the help of some coupon), its a great phone with dual core processor.And also you will get HTC India warranty in that price.

Considering that Motorola is just vanishing from the Indian market as they closed many of their service centers and almost all the Moto Stores I think Atrix should not be considered.
And I doubt how is LG Optimus 3D.
I think Sensation overall for its price is the best option.

For 20K, i would suggest Xperia Sola. Decent looks, powerful hardware, good value for money.
If you need more screen estate... increase range and get Sensation.
Also keep chking ebay's Deals of the week. I think last week they had SGSII below 25k... u wont get warranty on it though!

My Budget was 15k..extended to below 20k can't go higher

I can put CM9 or MIUI or Custom ROMs, that's not a problem, Did'nt know about warranty in Infuse though. But the phone and screen is brilliant though.

Any suggestions below 20k?

but IMO manage 5k from somewhere and get a S2 insead of regretting later
i wanted to buy a android in the same 20k budget but i have decided upon a S2.....

Forget Arc, its better you pick Incredible S over it.
And you can also have a look at One V.
Neo V also can be considered.
