X79-UD3(16.5k) + i7-3820(17k) + 8x4GB 1600MHz (10k)

i7 3820 Overclocks to 4.625GHz. Instead of going for the extremely risky Raid0 go for a ramdisk using more ram. will cost about same but is much faster and much safer!!
if i chose i7 3820 wht will be my overall configuration?

can i overclock i7 3820
wht will b difference in performance of a overclocked i7 2600k that to of i7 3820

im really geeting confused now please hlp me

well "intuos" is "Wacom company's" model name for professionals, cintiq is touch screen monitor to draw directly on screen. same from Wacom

Intuos will cost around 22-25K and cintiq cost around 1 lakh I believe, but price depends on size so if you buy smaller size (width) then it will be cheaper.
cant go for it now atleast way off my budget.
bt thanx a lot its a gud suggestion definitely going for it in near future
thanq clmlbx

can i overclock i7 3820 - Yes.

wht will b difference in performance of a overclocked i7 2600k that to of i7 3820 - More or less they will perform the same.

im really geeting confused now please hlp me - dont get confused, both are good options - With X79 + i7 3820 only added benefit to you will be with additional ram.

Here's a config with i7 3820 (& 2x1TB's as suggested by clmbx) -

but im still in doubt i searchd and found this " Intel Core i7-3820 vs. Core i7-2700K and Core i7-3930K - X-bit labs "
which is making me confuse basically performance is same now its the only question of platform so which will be a futuristic .will z79 mobo stand for 2 to 3 yrs bcoz i dont hav any plan for any upgrade for next 2 years atleast
so wht u suggest finally should i stick to i7 2700k or should i go for i7 3820
i need performance now.

will the ivy bridge proccessors support z79 mobo when it will b released?

SNB-E & IB-E will be socket compatible..... 2600k & 3820 both are good options for u.....
from 3820 you will only be able to take benefit of more memory & memory channels.. i7 2600k is going to perform more or less the same as i7 3820.....
