Restarting problem-Cpu overheating or anything else?

Are my cpu temp too high i got one automatic restart today then i checked temp.Is the temperature can be the reason for it?

Your temperatures are pretty much normal for that processor, there might be some other problem.

May be PSU or Memory here is culprit it may be some driver issue.

One unusual restart can be due to anything. Being associated with computers for sometime you get to learn that such things should not bother you. As it's been said above, the processor temperatures are pretty decent. Just to be sure, you can check the power supplied by your PSU and the requirements of your system. Frequent restarts are also sometimes associated with insufficient power supplied by your PSU.
