Report bugs in Windows manually

I've Googled a lot, but it somehow seems that MS doesn't accept bug reports manually. In case you have to, you pay $35 U.S first for tech customer support and then go ahead.

I've found a bug in Vista Ultimate(might be with other versions too). I'm currently using it as an evaluation version with full updates installed. It's a trivial bug, though. Here are the steps to check the bug.

1)Create a desktop shortcut for LAN.
2)Right-click and see if it is Enabled. If it is Enabled, Disable it.
3)Restart your computer and right-click on the LAN shortcut. You will still see it as Enabled. You have to click on Disable and wait for few seconds and then check again. Now, Enable will available.
4)Though you see that it is Enabled, it is actually not.

I use this feature, so that I don't have to repeatedly turn on and off my modem. I'll simply disable when I don't use the connection for a long time and enable when I want to connect.

I heard that MVPs have the privilege to report bugs. If you can report this, it'll be cool.

I'm tired of registering in different forums and end up being using only once. If there is anyone who's a member there, please file this bug.

^^ I'll report this bug for sure but as Ravi suggested. Please report such kind of bugs at "Bug Report" section at MeraWindows.com cause they send all reported bugs directly to Microsoft. :)
