guys...
i have lenovo 3000 Y500 laptop which has the feature of one key recovery. Now this recovery is very basic with the os only . I want to keep the image with my softwares installed which iam doing using the ghost image. But unnecessarily the 10 Gb space of "lenovo recovery" is going waste. Is there some method to keep the current system configuration as image in this 10 Gb space. I tried but couldnt suceed.

why do you take the pains of saving 10gb image??
just format it & enjoy!
instead of wasting 10gb space there you could back your data via a backup utility & store it on separate partion . or better burn that to dvd's

if you ever mess up with your installion that your system does not boot then just visit the service center, they will fix things up for you.

this is the was i do with my lenny

ya... i know that format is the last solution but i just dont want to do it unless i have no other option left. Its just that since the autorecovery does not require any bootable cd (like i need in norton ghost) it is definitely much easier to manage.
