Refresh rate problem

Urgent help needed
i accidentaly increased the Refresh rate of my Dell IN1930 from 60 to 120hz.
Now i cant access my user mode but only the safe mode. In safe mode no option to change refresh rate.
Now every time open the user mode a box appears saying to reduce the resolution to 1360*768 @60Hz.

In safe mode, change the resolution & click in the box where it is said that hide the resolution which are not supported.

bro my gus you are using lcd monitor which is not displaying any thing connect any old monitor to your pc and than change the refresh rate of your monitor.

@ OP - unistall your VGA driver from safe mode , now you will be able to log into windows as usual - reinstall latest display drivers.
