Recover lost Hotmail Password.

Guys, please help me out of this. Some hacker has hacked into my hotmail account, changed the password, secret question and alternate e-mail id. I need to access my account immediately because I need the contacts information from there. Please tell me of some way to recover the password.
my account is dar_nir@hotmail.com.
This is the same one which I have entered on this site. Googling did not help me.

you can always complain to hotmail...they can surely help u...there are other ways but lets not discuss that here shall we....
