recover encrypt file

I have encrypt a folder(windows xp pro with SP2 with vista customization pack)
I have formate my OS drive and i forget to take back due to this my
encrypt folder file not opened in newly intalled OS(Windows Xp pro).
I have trying it with previous OS installed.How can i recover it(Files like Jpeg,bmp,doc,flash file)

Beta, No hard feeling 'cause It's human who makes mistakes If you encrypt somthing through Windows XP It creats an unique key to open the file. Everyone who does that should take a back up of that key since you've formated your pc your key is gone hence there's no way to get those file back all you need to do is drink one pag whiskey and delete those file.

break the xp encription,

tough, not tough enough if you have offilial/leagal xp, as microsoft will help you, and if not then you know we charge 1000-10,000 rs for recovery, think before you mail, though you will have to pay only if we are able to recover,
