Please recomend a good oftware that reocords the web cam . need to record the web cam not from the yahoo or any other im's

Any video capturing software will do, u can try virtualdub.

Simply use Windows movie maker,

start it, select capture from video device (at the left hand pane), select your webcam as the capture device & Mic as sound capture device & record at VBR bitrate, 320X240
