I got a bsnl connection a month back......everything was and still is fine
but i realised dat my max speed is lmited at 100KBps .....
my neighbour gets 200-240 KBps

i checked my router config. page....it says max line(down) rate 1022 kbps !!!

i mean, it can't possibly b a line problem......da guy living js 50 metres away gets 2mbps......

i called up da internet guy......he said he'd never heard of such a problem b4.......

googling returned only 1 useful result ........apparently ,sum guy had got da same problem b4,posted in a forum.....but der ver no useful replies(sum1 suggested sum problem in da firmware.....n it dated back to 2006 .

i hav a new router : D-link GLB 802c

ne help wld b highly appreciated...thanx!

I think every think is ok . U should try to change ur modulation to (G.Dmt). If still it not work u should call to ur ISP to check ur synchronized speed at mtnl server end.
