Is www.rapidshare.com working for you ? It shows cannot find server at my end.

I'm using bsnl dataone. Did bsnl ban my ip so that I don't access the site ? I was downloading 4 gb since morning.

Try changing your DNS servers and see if that works. I think BSNL is renowned for DNS outages.

Its working with Chennai BSNL Dataone, right now.
