Contact them and ask what the real problem is since you have a premium account. I have never heard about this new feature which is introduced.

as per rule "download" it.that should take mini.4gb.if you find any problem
then contact them ,note that you have a faster internet serves.

But before taking screen shot you could have wiped that address bar ... it could reveal some secrets in public ....
