Question regarding services like Airtel live [technical]

About 2 weeks back I recieved a message from Airtel saying " Thank you for downloading wallpaper from airtel live. You hae been changed INR 10.00" .. I did not download anything so I informed the cust care about this. The same day I recived about 40 messages from the same number.

Since my connection was a post paid I had to sort out this issue only when my bill arrived. The tech team in Airtel told me that since the download was done using Airtel live.. only my handset can be used to download anything using my account.. But this is strange as I did not download anything.

Any idea how this thing works? Is it possibl for some one to doanload in my account??

Call the customer care and tell them to refund. otherwise report right here: *pgportal.gov.in

Thanks .... Complaint is not my question!! I spoke to the accounts manager and got the refund! But my question is technical!! Is it possible for someon to download from WAP using my account?

Unless and untill you share your phone or WAP setting with someone

someone must have done it using your sim card in his/her phone without your knowledge.
