I am currently using Tata Indicom Broadband. But I am thinking now to switch ISP to Reliance Broaband. I live in Pune. So if there is anybody who is using Reliance Broadband in Pune can tell me whether it is good decision to switch to Reliance or stick to Tata? By the way I don't have any problem with Tata. But the only thing is even in night download speed remains in the range of 13-15 KBps (with 128 kbps connection). It is almost constant all the time. But in other ISPs night download speed is generally greater than the day time speed. So help me!!!!

you are using 128 kbps connection, and you getting 13-15KBps = 15 x 8 = 120 kbps, how can you expect more speed....
