PXE boot error

plz help..
bought lenovo g500 i3 rd gen laptop few days ago..

my room mate used it when i was out..
and its giving this error..

Go into the BIOS and move "LAN/network" to the lowest in 'Boot Priority' option.

set 1st boot priority to dvd drive 2nd to hdd n 3rd network..
didn't happened anything..
was trying to install os via dvd.. ,, it's not giving option to delete drives just it's giving format option n then got stucks further

> Which OS are you trying to install?

> Windoews installation disk do give the option of deleting partitions. Anyways, this can be done after OS installation too.

> You can use F12 key to open the boot menu during startup which will give you the list of all bootable devices from which you can choose.
