problem in drive opening

sir i am using windows xp home edition.when i doubleclicked on a drive the search option appears instead of opening the drive.in the right click menu the open option comes after search option.how can i overcome this?

Navigate ur registry editor by following way

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shell

In the right side pane "default" key or "find" key.
