Problem e-mailing pics through Incredimail using GMail accou

HI!
I have a strange problem...it takes ages to send pics by e-mail using incredimail using my GMail account...however the pics are sent almost instantly using other accounts such as yahoo or myrealbox.even directly sending the pics through Picasa using the GMail option also send the pics...only prob is while using incredimail...
please help!

gmail does have a known problem with attachments.... tell r u trying to upload .zip format??
