Have you contacted the Customer Support? What are the symptoms - ie, what lights of the modem are on, which are blinking,etc...

Please elaborate the problem, what you have tried, what results you have reached so far...

wel.. link is on.. and act.. it sumrimes blink..
well it sayz that the remote computr isnt respondin..
ive contacted cust. supp.
they ve just given me a docket no

Maybe the server is down or some maintanence work is going on. I also get this message sometimes while connecting. Just wait for few hours or the longest I had to wait was for a whole day after it connected. Nothing to worry.

By the way shouldn't this topic be discussed in the DATAONE sticky under GENERAL SECTION.
