dat depends on d OS license u buy
if it has a single-user license den u r not allowed 2 install it on more dan 1 comp at a given time

wit vista even upgrading ur hw on 1 comp is restricted 2 3 upg [d xact no is slightly fuzzy in my memory rite now ]
