sound may be huge but what about quality ? are the signatures distinctly identifiable ? or what about tones mix up / audible hissing sounds ?

Quality is like what an mid-upper range 2.1 should be. Sweet , smooth and deep.
There are controls for balancing the sound , i.e. highs and lows. Which does its job pretty well.

Also , unlike many other 2.1 systems that start loosing its strength as soon as they are pushed in their upper range this one stands tall .
Noise is not noticeable at all.
These are damn good 2.1 setup , very vfm.

GOSF Sale. Price was Rs. 299, shipping and vat added Rs. 32 more. But purchase exp. was bad. No communication from them, shipped it after I sent a mail after 12 days, and again no information after shipping it too. But, the product is good, looks genuine, and they've sent a VAT paid bill as well.

The Bass is very heavy
Mids and treble is quite warm and loud. This is very good for hammer ons and pull offs as it picks up all the notes and cancels hums very quickly.

Although its a Humbucker, it gives the sound of a true single coil

I have done some major upgrades in my year old Lenovo Y510P and bought 3 items for it.

1). Samsung 850 Pro 256GB SSD.
2). HDD Caddy (To replace Optical Drive with HDD).
3). Broadcom 802.11ac 867MBPS WiFi adapter.

Some other items recently brought:

1). D-Link DIR-850L WiFi Router
2). Raspberry Pi B+
3). Sony 2.1 Amps USB adapter
4). Samsung high speed 32 GB Micro SD card for Raspberry Pi.

The good thing about ultra bay is that it can be swapped very easily, so next time if I bought SLI card than I will be swaping between these two!
