you live in south india, the dirty part....I can tell from the tyres on that bike

turn the HDAO to HBAO and dont set any GPU max buffered frames > 2. Try and see if it still persists.

Tried that, it decreased but didn't go away, and since I already played FC3 once I know for sure even the rarest lag will make this unplayable, will deal with it step by step sometime later, now immersed in Tomb Raider, and I had to turn the volume down, Ms Croft screams waaay too much
