No, but I just posted it to show how flipkart flips prices, one day 588/-, next day 640/-

Recently flipkart has become too expensive over competition, even books are costlier than local shops here.

BTW: Those dvds are made in Taiwan, AZO layer.
Still the price is less I feel here in local store I get Frontech for Rs 15 and Sony for Rs 18 each. So if we calculate for Rs 640 it comes to Rs 13.
Also is it true that the Verbatim DVD's are good especially the one's made in Taiwan?

This thread will answer all your queries regarding dvd quality(short version, yes better than all the rest): *www.thinkdigit.com/forum/reviews/153541-multi-dvd-cd-reviews.html

Where I live, Frontech are 11/- and Sony are 15/-, moserbaer are 13/-, even though verbatim @ 13/- per piece is very good, but cheaper the better.

Ah! ok.
Before I saw your purchase, I didn't know that flipkart also stores Verbatim 50 DVD spindle. After I saw your purchase, I searched flipkart with the intention of ordering one unit, but prices have gone up.
P.S. Do you know about any shop in kolkata where I can get verbatim DVDs?
I checked in that popular DVD store at esplanade, but they didn't store verbatim products.
No, I had searched a lot, no store in kolkata keeps them, but you can try Lasertras, they are CMC.MAG.AM3, very reliable, at least more than the cr@p moserbaer sells: *www.thinkdigit.com/forum/reviews/153541-multi-dvd-cd-reviews.html

BMG ftw!!
^^ Ok. I normally use Frontech professional DVDs which comes around 540/- per 50 pack spindle. But their reliability is an issue. Used Sony CDs only, good, but a bit overpriced.

many people say verbatim solid state memory have data retention issues, few files get corrupted over time. also there are some after sales service complaints if you search google. *l.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/mesg/emoticons7/42.gif

otherwise its a very good deal, tenida. please share us your experience about this in future.

Don't know about the other pen drive but this one is surely good buy. But time will about its efficiency
About service, I purchased it from flipkart so if something goes wrong I will get new one.

@Saurav- Awesome purchase man. :razz:
