Are these work with USB 2.0 port or only USB 3.0 ?

USB 3 is backward compatible. Works with USB 2 too.

Provided only usb cable. No case except for the plastic harness that you get with the box.

recieved it yesterday through Fedex. I was disappointed by the handling they do. I went to their office to pickup the package and saw one of the employee juggling with a customers package from ebay. I got mine with a small damage to the package from a corner but thought the product will be fine. Came home and saw that the back is busted open.

I have mailed them but no idea if they will replace it or not.

@techbulb Dish is having Fake HD channels plus their recorder is of SD type not HD. Avoid Dish TV at all costs.
AirTel is having nice picture quality but it's expensive. Also the reliability of AirTel recorders is not good as it might get overheated easily.

Even though TataSky is a bit costly, it is the best buy since it is the best recorder currently available in the Indian market.
