tat video is of CM 690 II... Still not sure it fits in gamma..

My bad, is that a 690 II? Need to get my eyes tested!

Anyway, go over to utube and check the comments in the video...there's another user who has commented that he fit the D14 in his Gamma!

Gamma can't handle a D14.

Here is an example. the guy here uses a HAF912.

Gamma : 190 X 449 X 508 mm (W, H, D)

Now look at the pic once again, gamma is smaller than 912, same way D14 can't fit w.r.t to the height.

Gamma can't handle a D14.

Here is an example. the guy here uses a Lian Li K62.

Dimensions of Lian Li K62: 214mm x 496mm x 498 mm (W, H, D)*

Gamma : 190 X 449 X 508 mm (W, H, D)

Now look at the pic once again, gamma is smaller than K62, same way D14 can't fit w.r.t to the height.

d3p5kor, the picture you have given is not of a K62, in all probability its the CM HAF 912 adv. ;)

And here's the Noctua D14 specs:-

Depth (without fan) 130 mm
Height (with fan) 160 mm
Width (with fan) 140 mm
Depth (with fan) 158 mm
Weight (without fan) 900 g
Weight (with fan) 1070/1240* g
Material Copper (base and heat-pipes), aluminium (cooling fins), soldered joints & nickel plating
Fan compatibility 140x140x25 & 120x120x25mm
Scope of Delivery
1x NF-P14 premium fan
1x NF-P12 premium fan

4x Fan screws (for using NF-P12 as case fan)

So with 160mm height it should fit in most of the cases.

Anyone getting the NHD14 should measure the width of the cabinet. It should be > 160mm. But do note, that the motherboard is on spacers so some depth will be eaten away. And the socket area also has a thickness. Around 215mm should be minimal.

NHD14 with Gamma Barely Fits and Like Anil said.. If motherboard design or layout occupies the valuable space then NHD14 is little tough...
(I don't know who and What config is the discussion about..) these are my general idea
Also With X58 Chipset NHD14 will not fit becoz to use Triple Channel RAM's one side FAN attached to DH14 must be raised and that makes side door impossible to close unless Low profile RAMs used...

Gamma and NH DH-14 is really BAD combination...

Just ordered these things from SMC International

Cooler Master Elite 430 with side window
Cooler Master Hyper TX3

This should be enough for my GTX 260 Sonic, 2 HDDs, 1 ODD & AMD Athlon II X4 640 procesor..
