I cant hold any longer, i think i should post my purchase that i did on 13th april. I was just waiting for FSP SAGII 500W so that i could post the full rig, but it will take another week to come. So, here is what i have bought.

Creative A35 -- 0.4k
Zebronics 600VA UPS -- 1k

As 2.1 speakers were not available for any thing less than 1.5k and moreover my budget was tight too i went for 2.0 speakers. My budget also didn't allow me for a better UPS.

Yes its pricier. When i had enquired about it before 2 weeks (of buying) i had a quote of 1.7k. But when i went to buy (on 13.04.11) the dealer refused to cut even Re.1 on any products and told that all the prices have gone up due to this year's budget.
My bad.
Will post again with pics after i get my PSU.

BTW, my JVC HARX-900 headphones has arrived. If anyone is planning to purchase these, certain points:
- Good Bass
- Good Low
- Recessed Mid
- Only Stereo
- Half closed/open
- No noise cancellation
- Cable is thick and long
- Looks is premium
- Comfy on ears
- Break will be needed after 2 hours(sweat)

My headphone amplifier Fiio E5 also has come. Few points :

- Very small. Portable.
- Good for low powered mp3 players. ipods
- Dint make significant difference in improving voice quality for my JVCx
- Bass boost is noticable
- Looks cool - fancy item

Congrats, damages(to your pocket and ears, how do you people use amps? My head hurts even if I listen to my headphones above 50%)?

@tkin - Actually that is useful for my ipod. You can make out the superior sound quality when using with it. But for my headphones it doesnt add anything apart from loudness!
