thank you hdknitro but i am not getting the HT855PC :'( due to unavailability for 30 days so i had to make a snap decision and i went for SONY DZ310 which is a bit plain looking but the music rocks !!! and i ended up paying 16.5k for it i will have the TV and the HT system by this evening so will post the pictures ASAP

Hi Guys, last Saturday I've purchased a basic PC for my Cousin brother from Kolkata Chandni Chalk. The shop is Vedant Infotech

Here goes the config with price:-
Athlon II 245 @ 2.45K
2 GB DDR2 800 MHz Ram with 3 Yrs Warranty @ 1.5k
500 GB Seagate SATA @ 1.6k
BenQ 16" LED monitor @ 4.25K
LG 22X SATA DVD Writer @ 0.875K

The bargain for the BenQ display was quite interesting. Initially Vedant quoted it 4.4K. Then I went to a shop who are official distributor of BenQ. Found it by checking a Plate mentioning about the partnership outside the shop. I went there and got a price of 4.25K. Then came back to Vedant and had asked them about the next shop's price. Instantly they reduced the price to 4.25K.
