Well, theres not much performance difference between the TR Ultra-120 and enzotech and in somet instances it even performs better than the ultra-120.

Some say that ultra-120 is better others are in favour of enzotech and the battle is going on
. But the fact is both are really good.
Other factors were:
1) the base is mirror polished
2) also cools surrounding components like PWM, northbridge, memory etc.
3) Arctic Silver 5 included (may not be using it since I already have ARCTIC COOLING MX-1 thermal paste)
4) Looks better
Only bad point could be that at highest rpm the fan is little noisy. That can be solved by replacing the fan. But at the lowest speed of 1200rpm to say 1800rpm it is virtually silent. So the noise factor could be balanced with thermal performance.
