@ imgame2: ofcourse i will .... even i want to be of some use to this forum :D... for now i have the following titles to test :
The Witcher
Test Drive Unlimited
COJ
Juiced 2 HIN
Flatout Carnage
Assassin's Creed

and some are in the way :D like:
Stranglehold
COD4
Crysis
DMC4 etc ....

So which one should i go first ? or or ..should i write a review of the card itself ? with all the benchmarking and stuff ?

Its your choice, you can write a review of the card (with images please), or you can play some games, do some FPS counting and last but not least mention the card temperatures during the benchmarks.

Try- DMC4,Crysis,COD4,COJ and Assasin's Creed.

Finally after weeks of deliberation I got this upgrade-
1] Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 processor - Rs 7950
2] MSI P45 Neo-F mobo - Rs 5850
3] Nvidia GeForce XFX 8600GT DDR3 graphics soln - Rs 4050
4] GSkill 2Gb DDR2 RAM - Rs 2400
5] WD 500Gb (WD5000AACS) Sata HDD - Rs 3150
6] Corsair VX 450W SMPS - Rs 3200
7] Zebronics Bijli Cabinet - Rs 1150
8] Creative M2600 2.1 Speaker set - Rs 1700

Total Expenses: Rs 30.0k (approx)

Apart from that i purchased Creative EP630 Ear phones (Rs 750) for my Transcend TSonic 610.

only one question though why not a better GFX card ???

Actually, I'm buying Altec Lansing MX5021 but my UnitTests are going on and as I'm 13, I need to rely on my percentage.

I rip off my parents with "if-i-get-good-marks-you-buy-me-stuff" technique.

thats the oldest technique in the world ! and it works all the time :)

My budget was restricted to Rs. 4000 :( so bought this one
Couldn't find any other card with ddr3 with this price range
in the market.

Card Idle temp is 52C and on load ( after playing one hour of
crysis and call of duty 4 card temp is 62-64C

Anther thing : XFX website doesn't have the updated picture of
this file and they stated it as a turbo cache edition there.Also Default
shader clock speed is also wrong there. :(

Nice purchase but you could have bought the 9500GT for 4.5-5k :).

Still, dont regret it much.
