Yeah but you do get my point dont you ? Snapdeal's official policy is all their products are original, having manufacturer's warranty.. But look how I got trolled

it has become very difficult to find an xbox controller that is genuine, last time when i bought one xbox controller locally, it turned out that analogue sticks are unstable, dont remember if they had detachable cord or not, but after trying 2-3 replacements from shop (all had same analogue stick issue), finally settled for logitech 310......

I know im just beating around the bush but still ? The controller is of good quality I can verify this atleast... It works pretty good, Dpad, triggers, sticks all are precise

Also I noticed my Box reads, XBOX 360 controller for PC.. But in snapdeal, there's another version for Xbox 360..
Even in flipkart there are two versions, one for PC another for Xbox 360..

I filed a complaint regarding this to Snapdeal, now waiting for a reply

well, i had a confusion why eBay is selling the same controller at 1100 while flipkart is selling it at around 2100-2200. Then I mailed the seller and he replied that it's a 3rd party controller not manufactured by Microsoft but is an exact replica. So, that's why at cheap price and i guess snapdeal sold the same at original controller's price.

umm....see, that eBay seller quoted in his product's description: "This is a 3rd party controller compatible with Xbox devices" (in small font though, merely visible).
So, if snapdeal has has done something same, then they aren't fraud and if not, they're ****

I faced the same problem last year. I filed a eBay case and got money and shipping refunded. But I came to know 1 thing. As it was a exact replica. Microsoft controllers are not that good to held in hands. I lost control of my cars in NFS.
