But different questions now
I am planning to use portable apps + portable HDD
1. Regardin portable apps -
Is there any problems usin em ? I know there r no portable versions for all apps, but most of those i need (like FF, TB,Filezilla etc) has portable versions. Any major difference (Other than the portable option) with normal apps ? Anything to take care while usin em ?
2. Regardin portable hard disk -
Should I go for 1" or 2.5 " or 3.5 " external HDD ? I mean that are specifically made for external use
Or
use 2.5" (notebook) HDD + case with USB port ?
Shock abrorbing, data transfer, power consumption etc, how they are different ?
Also, external HDD / Notebook HDD (2.5") are available with 7200 rpm ? (I know they r available in US etc, was just checkin in India)
Thanks in advance.
