get whichever you find cheaper. Cause today's mainstream is DDR3. So buying a ddr2 module is costly

The brands that you have mentioned are good, but if you need better Rams, then think about corsair, ocz, gskill etc

both are good .. 2GB will cost your around 1.25k and one GB will cost around 750 bucks.
