PLS HELP, Configure a cpu under 80-85 K ( specially for 3d rendering and gaming)

Ans: Specially 3d Rendering, Gaming (fifa 14 with full graphics, gta V, arkham origins)

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 80-85 K

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No idea

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 8 64 bit

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: max. 1 TB, if possible in the budget i can manage with 512 gb along with a ssd

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Yes, but monitor is not included in the mentioned budget. I'll need it later. Size would be 23-24 inch

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers - NOT INCLUDED, only the CPU

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: within 15 days

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: No, I haven't

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Pune, I can buy from mumbai if i can get a better deal.

First of all wait for the newer AMD GPU's which are to be released in October. Hence they will come in 2-3 months time to India.

For 3D rendering and with a budget like that ,I would have gone the X79 way,since the X79 hardware is pretty bargain able these days.The other option is the AMD FX way already suggested.

You can combine both. there are many people using combination AFAIK.
