Please suggest configs under 15K, without monitor for office use.

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? You can look for a AMD FX-4100 @ 6K + Asus M5A7XX series Motherboard (around 3K).

Imo you dont need such a quality psu. A cheap and generic on should do

also for processor fx 4100 as you are using many softwares that can use the 4 cores...

G645 is low power consuming so you can go with a generic ~Rs.600-700 psu but for fx4100 it is better to get a branded psu & vs450 is good value for money.

But G645 is not enough powerful to handle CPU intensive tasks OP has specified here.

i am assuming that op is not a serious user of autocad/X6 or does not make projects of such complexity that he will significantly benefit from fx4100.usually such users know what they want & mention it in their questionnaire(terms like professional use,complex editing,need quad core etc).of course if i am wrong then fx4100 option suggested by you is the only one around op's budget.
