Please suggest a Tablet for my dad , easy browsing, reading and navigating(touch sensitivity)

The primary use will be reading newspapers online, surfing net watching youtube videos etc. No gaming. Please suggest a budget tablet. Also the touch and the display should be good.

5K is starting budget, I dont have any requirement for processor/RAM so I thought 5K would be enough for a good display and touch. Anyway the budget is flexible. Please suggest some with good display and touch.
