Please suggest a mid range graphic card?

can you suggest me a graphic card so that i can play fifa-12 and dirt-3 like games in normal settings...my PC configuration is 4gb ddr2 ram, Intel core2quad CPU q8200 @2.33 GHz........my budget for graphic card is 7-8k

it has Power Supply Unit: iBall LPE 223 - 400 and iBall Stunner Full Tower Cabinet with 90 mm and 80 mm Cooling Fans and 250 W Power Supply

^^ your's is a 250W PSU actually and is not suitable for running a GPU along with the quad core cpu you have - so get Corsair VS450 @ 2.1k and HD6770 @ 6k but if you have separate budget for the PSu get HD7770 gfx card @ 8k.

I've totally the same suggestion.
Just adding another option for PSU:
Corsair CX430V2 @2.3K
