i'll suggest u 2 go for a AMD platform as it rocks.
da config shaunak has suggest is ok accept for 256 ram its not enough 512 minimum and 925mobo dun support ddr ram so u need to pay more for ram as ddr2 is quite expensive and its not worth it.go for a samsung 17 lcd monitor instead of acer it will come around 16k.instead of 6200 go for 6600 or may b if possible for u 6600gt gainward, leadtek, xfx any of these.
here goes da AMD config:-
1)17'' Samsung LCD-around 16k
2)3000+ (939)-7.2k
3)MSI K8N NEO4 Platinum mobo-6.5k wont suggest Asus A8N-E as hav heard from many dat its Fans givin problems.may b other will tellu more bout it if i m wrong.
4)512(400Mhz)ddr ram-3k(Kingston)
5)80Gb SATA-3.6k
6)Gainward Vanilla 6600-dunno da exact price may b around 6k.6600Gt others will suggest but i guess wid dat ur budget will go beyond 45k.
7)Numeric 600VA UPS-2k
8)Sony CD-RW,DVD-ROM-2.8k
9)Speakers i really dun hav much idea bout dis others will definately help u out on dis.
10)Microsoft kb,optical mouse-1.5k

U can get these easily in 45K

Athlon64 3200+ Venice core, if possible E6 core,

Asus A8N-E motherboard revision 2, this has a better northbridge fan then revision 1

2X512 MB DDR400 for dual channel, will cost U about 5.5k, do not go for covered RAM module & check the memory chips manufacture before buying

400 W Powersafe or VIP SMPS, if not available U can also go for Colorsit but 400W or above, they shockingly give 360W power, ( i confirmed one sold to a friend by an electrician), go for the Colorsit 400W Silent Power, model numbar 300-ENU or something like that, it has a big 120 MM just above the CPU & exhausts the air out

Frontech Cabinets, with 1 side fan, 2 rear exhaust, 1 side exhaust vent, they are really COOL, about 6 such models, the difference is front panel design

80 GB Samsung SATA HD with 8 MB buffer Model SP0812C

DVD writer or Combo drive, which ever u like

Samsung 710N, 17" LCD monitor, best their is right now,

XFX geforce 6600GT PCI-E with 256 MB GDDR3 memory

whichever keyboard, mouse & speakers u like
