Right off the assembly line
The 4 touch buttons are not working at all even though the remaining touch screen is working perfectly. It worked for a few times when I connected the charger and tried for the same key for about some 20 times but now it's not. Person at HTC service center says since my phone's body is a bit damaged it is now out of warranty so I'll have to pay approx ₹6000 to get it repaired. Could you guys help me out please? Thanks a lot in advance.
