The onboard gfx are not good buddy. Firepro is much better.

What price did u get for that asus mobo? The msi should be less than 4k. If not look at gigabyte ga 880gm ud2h. The HDD seems overpriced too.

1. ASUS M4A88TM Mobo with inbuilt 1 GB graphics Card, It has HDMI ports also.

That is the reason I don't recommend Vendor's suggestion, selling computer hardware parts does not make you expert on it.

Listen, all the AMD 785G and 8XX series chipset based motherboards have 128 MB dedicated DDR3 video ram for Onboard graphics. Now some company for creating marketing hype, wirtes "with 1 Gb Sideport Memory". Look here carefully, here "1 Gb" has a small b, not the capital "B". It means bit, bot byte.
Now 1 Gigabit means (2^10/8) Byte = 128 MB as 8 bit = 1 Byte.

And Solidwork does not support any gaming graphics card, it only supports Workstation graphic card. So taking any 1 GB Nvidia graphics card won't help.

How about fermi based nvidia quadro series? Why anybody is not recommending them?

Quadro 2000 comes with 1gb vm and 192 cuda cores. This should do the op's job.

opps got it wrong. The cards are launched recently and are not yet available in india. The 2000 model costs some $599 so its out of reach for op and the quadro 600 is $199.

Check this.
